Download and Install Chat Mapper
Launch the Chat Mapper program
Click the Help menu
Choose "Enter License Key"
Enter the Firstname and Lastname you used in your order.
Enter the Email address you used for your order.
Enter the license key that was emailed to you after your successful purchase.
Click the "Activate License" button.
