Make sure the ChatMapperAPI.DLL file that came with the development kit is in your Chat Mapper install directory. If you still get this error, then you could be using a version of the API that is not the same as the Chat Mapper version. Please email your log.txt file (inside the Chat Mapper documents folder) to [email protected] and we will help you fix the problem.
